Do I have to complete the EAS training with a driving instruction permit?

The first driving licences (EAS), 4 theory lessons, is mandatory for everyone who completes their first driving licence. If you already have, for example, a moped license, you do not need to complete the EAS training.

The training for first driving licences can be provided at a driving school or another authorized instructor. It cannot be completed with a driving instruction permit.

In driving instruction permit training, EAS training must be completed before starting your own driving instruction lessons and the EAS certificate must always be with you during the driving lesson.
