What if you fail the driving test?

After a failed driving test, you and your traffic instructor will agree on possible additional driving lessons and booking a new driving test. During the driving lessons, you will practice more and prepare for the new driving test.

The additional driving lessons and the use of the driving school’s car for the new driving test together constitute additional costs, and these additional costs are not included in the course price you have already paid.

You must also pay a separate driving test fee to Ajovarma for each test you take.
How much you will pay depends on the number of additional driving lessons you take.

We reserve the right to change prices. The prices of the regulatory services provided by Ajovarma are determined by the currently valid prices set by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency. Regulatory fees are not subject to VAT.
